Where can I pick up my paycheck?

Our office is open 10am-3pm Monday - Friday. Please bring 1 legal form of I.D. with you. Or you can set up direct deposit.

I need to see an old or current W2.

You can find all your W2 forms on your isolved account under "Year-end Tax Forms". You can also download each W2 in this section as well if you need to print it out.

How do I set up direct deposit?

Login to your isolved account and go to "Pay & Tax" and then select "Direct Deposit" to fill out your form. You may still receive 1 last paper check and then after that it should be directly deposited.

Where do I get a Food Handlers Certificate?

Go to the website listed below

and do the training and test online. This certificate lasts 3 years and cost around $10. Please print out a copy for our records or send us a digital copy. Thank you.

I'm a new employee & need to copy my I.D & Social Security Card

Our office is open 10am-3pm Monday - Friday. Please bring 2 legal forms of I.D and your Social Security Card for our records. 

How long are pay periods?

Every 2 weeks. Checks come out on Tuesdays of pay weeks. Paper checks can be picked up at the main office at 301 N. Francis St. Branson, MO 65616 during business hours.

You can find all your paystubs on your isolved account under "pay history". You can also download each paystub in this section as well if you need to print it out.

How can I access to my isolved account?

Please fill out the form below. If you have not filled out a blue form, please ask your manager or come to the office to fill it out. You will be sent a link in your email with an activation code. Have your manager walk you through the activation process once you have received the activation email. If you are a past employee you will need to have it reactivated.
